Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

OFTWISE reserves the right to correct any stock errors or typographical pricing mistakes. A binding sales contract is only established once a formal "Order and Shipping Confirmation" email has been sent by us.

Warranty and Compliance

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 and Decree-Law no. 84/2021, all products for private use are covered by a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects and lack of conformity. This guarantee covers any functional, material or manufacturing defect on any product you buy from us for private use. If we determine that it is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty, we will offer you one of the following solutions, at no cost to you: (i) a repair, (ii) a replacement of the good in part or full, or (iii) a refund. If you have returned the item(s) to us, and we determine that the defect is not a manufacturing defect and it is not covered by warranty, you agree that we may charge you the shipping fee to send the item(s) back to you.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity through the Consumer Portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt
