Returns & Refunds

Articles bought on Oftwise.com are fully returnable and refundable within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted on Shipping & Returns section at each product page. If you want to return an item, please let us know within 14 days by filling out this online returns form.

Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the product in a way that reduces the sales value significantly. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as upon receipt and in the original packaging.

You are welcome to arrange your own return postage, or we can arrange this for you, with the fee outlined below. Please note that if you organise your own shipping you are responsible for the goods until we receive them, and if an item is broken or lost during shipment you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.

As soon as our warehouse has received and approved the goods we will refund the payment to the account used for the order. Any cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Items offered at a special promotional price, including discounted purchases, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you discover any clear damage to the packaging upon receipt of delivery, please report this to the shipping provider and let us know within 48 hours upon delivery by filling out this online returns form.
