Because our products vary in nature and production requirements, order processing times differ by item type. Please refer to the specific categories below for the timeline associated with your purchase.

Regardless of the product, you will receive a confirmation email from OFTWISE once your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking details when your package is ready to ship.

Please note that all processing times are carefully calculated estimates. While we strive for precision, external variables may occasionally result in slight adjustments to these timelines. We will notify you immediately as soon as your order has been prepared and is headed your way.

For all orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (including North America), please note that the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
